Poli : Poli is a character representing the police, so it looks like a police car. He has a very strong moral and does not give up easily. He is always faithful to his duties as a police, keeping the safety of town’s roads and protecting lives and properties of the residents.

Roy : Roy is a character that looks like a fire truck. He is the physically strongest member in the rescue team and is in charge of inspecting safety accidents, extinguishing fire and rescuing. He has many gadgets to help the rescue team.

Amber : Amber is a character representing a medical team, so it looks like a pink ambulance. She is kind and warm-hearted and shows a great deal of self-sacrifice to others. She is in charge of supporting rescue missions, giving diagnosis and first-aid to accident vehicles and characters.

Helly : Helly is a character that looks like a green helicopter. He is the only member of the rescue team that can fly, which helps him fly over the town and look for problems. He also helps the rescue team with his brilliant ideas. Jin (voiced by So Yeon) : She is a rescue operator and a brilliant girl. She operates all the rescue system in the city.
